About Us

Our goal is to provide a clean and happy environment for homeowners in Sonoma County.

Reset Cleaning Services was founded by a Santa Rosa couple (Jackie & Luis). It started as J&L Cleaning but was changed to Reset Cleaning Services after many experiences with grateful customers who felt their home was renewed by our service.

I (Jackie) worked with my mother cleaning her clients’ houses before my husband and I went out on our own. She taught me everything she had learned after +17 years of cleaning experience including work in high-end hotel housekeeping and professional house cleaning.

Before I started in the house cleaning industry, I worked at a well known company’s sample department where my job was to create perfect samples of the company’s products (like the ones usually shown in advertisements). The samples were then used to display for sales demos and photos for catalogs/website display.

I (Luis) did construction work where we remodeled homes to give them a more modern look. After that I worked in the same company as my wife in the label department where I created custom food labels such as nutrition facts for each product making sure each label read exactly as the product contained.

Even though our jobs were challenging, we decided to leave to pursue something else where we would feel we were contributing to our community and we hope to serve as many people as we can reach one cleaning and customer service experience at a time.
